Grand Final.

An operating guide for organizers, referees and bracket managers. Follow nine steps to avoid missed check-ins, incorrect brackets or lost tournament records.

01

Choose storage

Guests can store one tournament in the device's guest workspace. Signed-in users can store three and return with the same account. When full, download the records you need before deleting old tournaments.

02

Create and lock the configuration

Choose Solo or Team, Standard or Premier, then Same species or Different species for 1v1. Enter the BP range, lock a playable for mirror events, choose a suggested scale and set the main slots.

03

Open one reusable link

In Overview, click Create reusable link and share it with every player. It expires after up to 14 days and is revoked when the tournament completes; organizers can pause or close it at any time.

04

Phase 1 → Phase 2

When main slots are full, the link switches to check-in and locks new registrations. Each player/team receives an EFG-XXXX-XXXX report code; save it to check in from any device.

05

Open and close check-in

Configure the check-in window during setup. Organizers can turn Early check-in on or off; ending check-in always requires confirmation because it cannot be undone. Players enter their report code while the window is open; after closing, use Remove to process absences.

06

Process no-shows

If a reserve exists, Remove promotes it into the correct seed and match. Otherwise, the slot is marked FORFEIT and the opponent receives a default win; late self check-in is blocked.

07

Generate and read the bracket

Open Bracket Map and generate the bracket after all main slots check in or are processed as no-shows. Green lines show winner routes; orange lines show loser routes in Double Elimination. Pan horizontally to follow every route.

08

Run matches and prevent fraud

In the Match Desk, set a per-match timer, draw an arena, save video or result evidence and get referee sign-off. Duplicate contact information is rejected; only organizers can remove absent players, and score changes must retain an appeal reason.

09

Appeals and rematches

Use Edit score to correct the record; use Replay to reopen a match after Head Ref approval. Log appeals within three minutes, retain VOD for at least 24 hours, and download the TXT report before deleting the tournament from storage.

WHEN THE BRACKET WILL NOT GENERATE

Check the Pending buttons.

Return to Registration & BP. Click each Pending button in the required main slots until everyone is Checked in. When the window has ended: use Remove for a no-show; a reserve is seeded or the opponent receives a default win.

WHEN STORAGE IS FULL

Download before deleting.

Download the completed tournament report and check the saved file. Then use × in the tournament archive or Delete tournament in Overview. Deleted records cannot be restored.
