A nearby icon does not mean your current playable can eat it. Open TAB, check the correct α/β/γ diet item and approach the interactive part. Some plants require digging, breaking or jumping, and some only appear in the correct Migration Zone.

A full stomach only prevents starvation. Growth depends on nutrients: one reaches 100%, two reach 200%, and α + β + γ reaches 300%. Growth drops as soon as a bar reaches zero; private servers may also change the multiplier.

Use the species-specific ability at the correct range: Pteranodon skims the surface, Deinosuchus bites in water, and Beipi forages or lunges. AI may be desynced or not spawned; moving along the shoreline and returning is often better than waiting at one spot.

Not every carcass has full gore. Use G/E as prompted to open it or take a chunk, and change your angle if the hitbox is blocked. Pteranodon and some small AI may only provide meat chunks instead of a full organ set.

Stop sprinting, try crouching or changing direction, and avoid draining stamina by spamming jump. If the server supports an unstuck command, follow its rules. Do not immediately log out while hunted because your body may remain on the server.

This usually means you missed a requirement before the threshold or are moving toward Frail. Prime requires enough valid conditions before the 75% window; do not wait until the last moment to complete Sanctuary, Migration, Patrol and Perfect Diet.

All α, β and γ bars must have value at the same time. They do not all need to be 100%, but if one reaches zero you lose the three-nutrient state and Growth falls to a lower rate.

The calculator assumes nutrients are continuously maintained on a 1× server. Hunger, thirst, lost nutrients, foraging time, nesting modifiers and server rules can all change the real result.

This error usually appears when the client cannot retrieve session data from the server: the server may be restarting or updating, the browser listing may not be synchronized, the server may already be full, or the client and server versions may not match. Wait 2–5 minutes → refresh or switch between Official and Unofficial → reconnect and try another server. If only one server fails, the issue is probably server-side and you do not need to reinstall the game. If every server fails, restart the game and Steam, enable automatic Windows date and time, confirm the Evrima branch and verify game files; then check firewall or antivirus settings and restart your network. Do not delete the Saved folder as a first step.

In Steam, open The Isle → Properties → Betas and select the Evrima public branch, then restart Steam. If the list is still empty, check firewall, antivirus and Steam ping filters before reinstalling.

Use the safe order: update Windows and GPU drivers → verify game files → reset graphics and controls → rename %localappdata%\TheIsle\Saved so the game creates fresh configuration. Renaming preserves a path back to your old settings.

Open Options → Controls and reset defaults, restart the game, then rebind each key. If the issue appeared after a patch, rename the Saved folder as described above to rule out old configuration.

First verify file integrity in Steam. If the error remains, open The Isle installation folder, run EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup, then verify again. Never download DLLs or installers from unknown links.
