Account information
When you sign in with Google, EFG receives your Google account identifier, verified email and display name. EFG stores your nickname, bio, favourite playable, role, account status and account creation/update/sign-in timestamps. EFG never receives or stores your Google password. Direct registrations store a username, hashed password and recovery code, and review status.
Avatars
Your selected image is cropped square and compressed to 256 × 256 WebP on your device before upload. EFG stores only the optimized version, up to 100 KB; the original is not uploaded. Uploaded avatars are visible only to the account holder and administrators. Preset dinosaur avatars appear publicly on forum activity and public profiles you enable.
Sign-in and permissions
Essential cookies maintain your session for up to 14 days and protect account actions. EFG stores a session hash in its database. Signing out or an administrator changing your role/status revokes the relevant sessions. Google ID tokens are not retained after verification.
Analytics
EFG measures page views, clicks, referrers, language and device type using random browser identifiers. Login, profile, administration and tournament management/registration areas are excluded from new tracking. Administrators can view these measurements; they are not directly linked to member email addresses. EFG respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Operation and protection
Data is processed through EFG's hosting and storage infrastructure; Google provides identity verification. Administrative logs record who changed permissions or content. Request limits use hashed addresses or network ranges in expiring counters, not raw IP addresses. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to assess requests; EFG uses the verification result for approval and does not store verification tokens. Automatic approvals are logged and do not verify real-world identity.
Retention and your choices
Profile data is kept to maintain your account. You can edit your profile or remove your avatar from Profile. To request access to or deletion of account and related tournament data, contact toannh104@gmail.com from your account email. EFG verifies account ownership before processing requests.
